What to Expect.
When you arrive for your treatment, you’ll be invited to settle back into a supportive reclining chair or massage table and simply remove your shoes and socks. The session begins with a gentle cleanse of your feet, followed by the application of a nourishing balm or oil. Using light, purposeful pressure with my fingers, thumbs, I’ll work across the reflex points on your feet and lower legs to encourage balance and relaxation throughout the body.
Many clients describe the experience as deeply soothing — it’s not uncommon to drift into a peaceful rest. You may notice subtle sensations as your body begins to release tension and rebalance. Occasionally, a tender spot may arise, gently highlighting areas that could benefit from extra care.
Your visit includes a complimentary consultation, giving us time to discuss your health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing goals. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific needs. All information shared is treated with complete confidentiality.
Please note that reflexology is a complementary therapy designed to support relaxation and overall wellness. It is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis, which should always be provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
After your session, it’s best to drink plenty of water to help your body process and release any toxins as part of its natural rebalancing.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Every person responds to reflexology in their own way. Some prefer an occasional session to unwind, while others benefit from a regular series to support ongoing wellbeing. Many clients choose an initial course of four to six weekly or fortnightly treatments to allow the body to adjust and respond fully, then move to monthly sessions for maintenance and self-care. There’s never any obligation to commit to further sessions.
Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment to another patient. Cancellations after this point will unfortunately need to be charged.
